World whisky tasting at The Whisky Exchange Shop @ Covent Garden

Our Covent Garden shop opened at the end of last year, and now that we’ve settled in, we’re ready to start our latest new thing – a regular, end-of-the-month tasting evening.

Tomorrow, Thursday 25 February, is the inaugural event and we’re going international. We’ll have whisky from France, the Netherlands, New Zealand, India, Japan, Sweden and Taiwan, as well as representatives from each company on hand to tell you all about their drams.

Presenting their whiskies will be:

• Amrut – India
• Armorik – France
• Kavalan – Taiwan
• Mackmyra – Sweden
• The New Zealand Whisky Company – New Zealand
• Togouchi – Japan
• White Oak Akashi – Japan
• Zuidam Millstone – the Netherlands

Tickets are £20 each and include a £5 voucher to use on the night to buy anything from the tasting. The tasting will run from 6-8pm and tickets are available online in advance or on the door – pop by and try a few drams if you’re in the Covent Garden area.
