If, like me, you enjoyed Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in your youth, then you’ll remember the magical feeling Charlie felt when he found Willy Wonka’s fifth and final Golden Ticket. Well, we’d like to recreate that feeling for five of our customers, so we’ve designed our very own Golden Ticket – and we’ll be popping them into five random parcels throughout December.

We have had a staggering level of interest in the whisky since Jim’s award – 10,000 customers have asked to be notified if we get hold of more stock. So, in an attempt to be as fair as possible, we have decided to give away all six bottles of the Sherry Cask 2013 we have recently acquired, rather than sell them.
The sixth bottle will be raffled at our London Bridge shop at Vinopolis, and what’s more, 10 runners-up will also win a bottle of the highly rated Yamazaki 12 Year Old (we’ll pick 10 email addresses at random). All you have to do is place an online order with us by 31 December, open your TWE parcel carefully…and if you see a flash of gold, you will have even more reason to celebrate this Christmas.
