Nic started collecting and drinking Single Malt Whisky in 2005, starting with a Glenkinchie 10. Since then he has amassed an impressive collection covering Japanese Whisky, Bourbon and Rye Whiskey, and Single Malts. Formerly a member of our trade team, Nic is now based in the USA.
